donthave.funWelcome to donthave.fun
This is our own Stoat server, and these release notes are ours too. From now on, "What's new" shows changes to stoat.donthave.fun and our builds of the apps, not the official stoat.chat ones.
What's different from stock Stoat
- Our own Android app. It installs as
fun.donthave.stoat, so it can sit next to the official app. - Our own look. New icons for the apps and notifications.
- Smoother calls on the desktop app. Turn on Prioritise Voice & Video Traffic in the desktop settings, and call audio and video get marked as high priority, so routers that support it send them ahead of downloads and other traffic. It's off by default, and takes effect from the next call you join.
Coming soon
- Push notifications without Google on Android, through UnifiedPush.
