Community Guidelines
Short version: don't be a dick.
donthave.fun is a small place, and it works because people look out for each other. These guidelines apply everywhere on the server: in servers, group chats, direct messages, profiles and voice calls. Server owners can set stricter rules for their own spaces, but not looser ones.
Be decent
- No harassment. Don't target, threaten, intimidate or pile on anyone. If someone asks you to leave them alone, do.
- No hate. No attacks on people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or similar.
- No violent threats, and no encouraging self-harm or suicide.
- Respect privacy. Don't share other people's personal information or private messages without their consent, and never share intimate images of anyone without their consent.
- Be yourself. Don't impersonate other people, and don't pretend to be us.
Keep it legal and safe
- Zero tolerance for content that sexualises minors. We remove it, close the account, and report it to the authorities.
- No illegal content, and nothing that helps someone commit a crime.
- No malware, phishing, scams, or links designed to trick people.
- Adult content only in spaces clearly marked as such, and only between adults.
Don't wreck it for everyone
- No spam: unwanted advertising, mass friend requests, flooding channels or mass mentions.
- Bots must be clearly marked as bots, and must only go where they're wanted.
- Don't attack or overload the service, and don't look for ways around its limits or security. If you find a security problem, tell us privately and we'll thank you for it.
Reporting
Use Report in the app on a message or user,. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
What happens when the rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove the content, give a warning, restrict features, or suspend or close the account. Serious harm, like the child safety rules above, means immediate removal. We'll usually tell you what happened and why. If you think we got it wrong, tell us.
